• Is flexible in terms of availability, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.

• Manage backend inventory processes, including off-boarding

• Email correspondence

• Coordinate appointment bookings.

• Arrange shift coverage for staff as needed.

• Provide guidance and support to resolve on-the-job challenges.

• Handle consignor and customer concerns gracefully and professionally.

• Open or close the store as required during your shifts.

• Keep management informed about pending tasks and store needs.

• Report on maintenance and training requirements.

• Coordinate logistics, such as U4B pick ups, parcel deliveries drop offs, pop up events logistics.

• Drive sales to achieve monthly target.

• Strategise and implement merchandise layouts to maximise returns.

• Periodically update floor plans and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Experience

• Retail experience is highly encouraged.

• If you thrive in dynamic environments, good at people management, enjoy fashion, and love building relationships with a diverse customer base.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!).

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for overseeing all store operations including:

  • Opening and closing procedures

  • Store cleanliness and organisation

  • Customer service: Fostering existing and creating new customer relationships and assisting in customer interactions with both buyers and consigners

  • The LOOOP curation & onboarding process for clothes: This includes curating, quality checks, hanging, tagging, labelling, steaming etc (bonus if you have basic mending skills)

• Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products

• Adhering to all company policies

• Performing any other related duties as directed by the Store Manager

Experience

Experience of retail is encouraged but not required.
