We’re looking for someone who:

Has basic computer skills, especially in the Google Suite
Is organised and detail oriented
Is energetic (we spend 7 - 8 hours a day on our feet!)
Is a self-starter and a team player - we are BIG on taking initiative
Shows sound judgement, diplomacy and an overall professional attitude
Will contribute to a positive, dynamic and inclusive work environment
Is flexible in terms of availability, including weekends and public holidays
Bonus points: If you are multi-lingual in any language and/or passionate about styling!
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations.
Manage backend inventory processes, including off-boarding
Email correspondence
Coordinate appointment bookings.
Arrange shift coverage for staff as needed.
Provide guidance and support to resolve on-the-job challenges.
Handle consignor and customer concerns gracefully and professionally.
Open or close the store as required during your shifts.
Keep management informed about pending tasks and store needs.
Report on maintenance and training requirements.
Coordinate logistics, such as U4B pick ups, parcel deliveries drop offs, pop up events logistics.
Drive sales to achieve monthly target.
Strategise and implement merchandise layouts to maximise returns.
Periodically update floor plans and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Experience
Retail experience is highly encouraged.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, good at people management, enjoy fashion, and love building relationships with a diverse customer base.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!).

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for overseeing all store operations including:
Opening and closing procedures
Store cleanliness and organisation
Customer service: Fostering existing and creating new customer relationships and assisting in customer interactions with both buyers and consigners
The LOOOP curation & onboarding process for clothes: This includes curating, quality checks, hanging, tagging, labelling, steaming etc (bonus if you have basic mending skills)
Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products
Adhering to all company policies
Performing any other related duties as directed by the Store Manager
Experience
Experience of retail is encouraged but not required.
