You may make an appointment here. If there are no slots available, we are fully booked for the next 2 weeks – check back in when we release new slots.

For returning consigners, you must wait for your previous cycle to be complete before making another appointment.

You may bring in up to 15 items for us to curate from, but do note we only accept a maximum of 10 items per appointment – this is to allow for us to carry more sizes & styles in store.

Once you arrive in store for your appointment, our team will take you through creating an account with us & begin curating from your pieces.

If less than 5 of your items have passed our curation, we will not proceed with your consignment process. Instead, you may donate or bring your items home.

Sharing the stories of your pieces’ past life is part of LOOOP’s DNA – we (& our customers) love reading them!

Important to note: Our prices range from RM10 – RM200+ depending on design, quality, and unique value of each piece. If you are particular about the price of your items, we encourage you to sell them on your own.

You can log in to the Looopie Portal on our website at any time to view the balance of your earnings + see which of your items have sold, expired, or are still active on our racks in search for a new home.

Your clothes will go through an 8-week cycle on our racks (5 weeks at full price, 2 weeks at 20% off, and final week at 50% off).

It is important to note that when your items sell during the discounted weeks, the percentage split will also be affected by the final price your item is purchased at.

For example:

Item 1 is priced at RM100.

If Item 1 sells in the first 5 weeks, the sale price is RM100 and you will make 40% of the sale price.

[40% x RM100 = RM40]

If Item 1 sells at Week 6 or 7 with a 20% discount, the sale price is RM80. This now falls into a different tier category. You will make 30% of the sale price.

[30% x RM80 = RM24]

If Item 1 sells at Week 8 with a 50% discount, the sale price is RM50. You will make 30% of the sale price.

[30% x RM50 = RM15]

If you have opted to pick-up your unsold items, it is your responsibility to keep track of your pick-up dates as written on your drop-off receipt. Otherwise, your unsold items become property of the store and will be donated, upcycled or continue to be sold without your consigner portion.

If you have opted to donate your unsold pieces, we will donate your pieces through our LOOOP for GOOOD initiative.
